Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree (2-year regular course) with Honours at Graduation level, at least 55% marks in any school teaching subject from a recognised University. M.Ed./M.Ed. (Elementary) with 55% marks OR M.A. in Education with 55% marks + Diploma/Degree in Primary/Elementary Education with 55% marks from a recognised University/Institute. Five years of teaching experience in Primary or Elementary Teachers’ Training Institute. Knowledge of Bengali language (spoken and written) and Computer Literacy is required.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 42 years as on January 1, 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (up to 5 years) and OBC (up to 3 years) candidates from West Bengal. PwBD candidates can avail relaxation up to 45 years.
Salary / Pay Scale
Rs. 67,300 – Rs. 1,73,200 Per Month
