Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’: B.E/B.Tech or equivalent in relevant fields with minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
- Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’: PhD in relevant fields with minimum 60% or CGPA 6.5/10 at each stage.
- Medical Officer ‘SC’: MBBS with compulsory rotatory internship and 2 years’ experience.
Age Limit:
- Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’: up to 28 years.
- Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’ & Medical Officer ‘SC’: up to 35 years.
Salary / Pay Scale
Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’: Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500); Scientist/Engineer ‘SD’: Level 11 (Rs. 67,100 – 2,08,700); Medical Officer ‘SC’: Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500) with NPA @ 20% of basic pay.
