Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a B.S. 4 years programme (in Physics/Chemistry/Electronics) / Integrated BS-MS / M.Sc. (in Physics/Chemistry/Electronics) / B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.
