Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics/Electronics & Communication or equivalent degree with a minimum aggregate of First Class/CGPA 6.5. For JRF, qualification in National Level eligibility test CSIR-UGC NET/GATE is required. Project Associate-II requires 2 years of experience in Research and Development.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for Project Associate-II and Project Associate-I.
Salary / Pay Scale
Research Personnel (Junior Research Fellow): Rs. 37,000/- + HRA@ 20% p.m.
Research Personnel (Project Associate-II): Rs. 35,000/- + HRA@ 20% p.m. (with GATE/NET), Rs. 28,000/- + HRA@ 20% p.m. (without GATE/NET).
Research Personnel (Project Associate-I): Rs. 31,000/- + HRA@ 20% p.m. (with GATE/NET), Rs. 25,000/- + HRA@ 20% p.m. (without GATE/NET).
