Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or equivalent degree OR 3 years of research, teaching, and design and development experience after M.E. / M.Tech in VLSI Design / Microelectronics / Electronics & Communication or equivalent degree with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal for RA-I. M.E. / M.Tech in VLSI Design / Microelectronics / Electronics & Communication or equivalent for PA-I.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation rules will be as per government norms.
Salary / Pay Scale
Research Associate-I (RA-I): Rs. 58,000/- p.m. + 20% HRA; Project Associate-I (PA-I): Rs. 31,000/- p.m. + 20% HRA.
