Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Degree in Mining Engineering with 1st Class Mines Manager Certificate (Coal) for AGM and Manager (Mining) posts; Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining Machinery for Manager (Mechanical); 3-year Diploma in Mining/Mining & Mines Survey with Mines Surveyors Competency Certificate for Jr. Manager (Survey).
Age Limit: Maximum age 45 years for AGM and Manager posts; 30 years for Jr. Manager (Survey). Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), as per Govt. of India guidelines.
Salary / Pay Scale
AGM (Mining) (M-7): âš100,000-260,000; Manager (Mechanical/Mining) (M-5): âš80,000-220,000; Jr. Manager (Survey) (M-2): âš50,000-160,000.
