Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: M.E/M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Computer Science and Engineering (IoT), Computer Science and Engineering (Networks), or Computer Science & Information Security with a first-class aggregate or a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
Age Limit: Below 30 years (Relaxable for SC/ST/Women/Physically Handicapped by 5 years, OBC NCL by 3 years).
Salary / Pay Scale
For GATE/NET Qualified Candidates: Rs. 37,000+HRA (1st and 2nd Year) / Rs. 42,000+HRA (3rd Year, upon successful assessment and upgradation to SRF). For Others: Rs. 30,000+HRA (1st and 2nd Year) / Rs. 33,000+HRA (3rd Year, upon successful assessment and upgradation to SRF).
