Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering/Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech./M.E. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or related fields with first class (60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA) for GEN/OBC-NCL/GEN-EWS category; minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD category. GATE score is NOT mandatory. Alternatively, M.Sc. in Physics/Materials Science/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology with M.Tech. in relevant fields with GATE/UGC/CSIR/INSPIRE/NET.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women and Physically handicapped candidates.
