Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: M.Tech/M.E. in Electronics/Communication/Electrical/Computer Science/Instrumentation/Mining or similar with specialization in signal processing/image processing/communication/microwave/radar or similar with above 60% marks. B.Tech/B.E. in above with 65% marks and qualified GATE.
Age Limit: Maximum age of 32 years as of January 21, 2026. Age relaxation of up to 5 years for SC/ST/PWD and female candidates, and 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer).
Salary / Pay Scale
Year 1 & 2: INR 37,000.00 per month (+ HRA if applicable). Year 3: INR 42,000.00 per month (+ HRA if applicable).
