Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Rehabilitation Officer: Postgraduate degree in Social Work / Rehabilitation Work / Sociology / Psychology or equivalent with DVTE (MR) / DVR (MR) and six years of experience in vocational training and guidance.
- Accounts Officer: Degree from a recognized University with at least 5 years’ experience in relevant roles.
- Driver: 10th standard/SSC or equivalent, valid HMV driving license, knowledge of motor mechanism, and minimum 3 years of driving experience.
- Catering Assistant: Matriculation or equivalent with 2 years of catering experience.
- Deputy Director (Administration): Postgraduate degree/diploma in relevant fields with 10 years of experience in personnel matters.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 30 to 56 years depending on the post. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Rehabilitation Officer: Level-7 (7th CPC)
- Accounts Officer: Level-7 (7th CPC)
- Driver: Level-02 (7th CPC)
- Catering Assistant: Level-02 (7th CPC)
- Deputy Director (Administration): Level-12 (Deputation) or Rs. 1,22,000/- per month (Contract)
