Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For Assistant Professor: B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech (or Integrated M.Tech) in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees, or B.E./B.Tech with First Class + Ph.D in relevant branch. For Humanities: Master’s degree with 55% marks + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D as per UGC regulations.
For Associate Professor: B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech with First Class + Ph.D preferred. Minimum 6 years teaching/research experience (at least 2 years post-Ph.D).
For Professor: B.E./B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech with First Class + Ph.D. Minimum 10 years experience (at least 3 years at Associate Professor level).
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on the last date of application.
Salary / Pay Scale
Assistant Professor: Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month (CTC). Associate Professor: Rs. 1,10,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- per month (CTC). Professor: Rs. 1,30,000/- to Rs. 1,40,000/- per month (CTC).
