Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
General Manager – Credit Monitoring: CA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM with a minimum of 20 years’ experience in Banks/AIFIs/NBFCs/HFCs, including at least 10 years in housing finance.
General Manager – Treasury: CA / CMA / MBA / PGDM / PGDBM with at least 20 years’ experience in Banking/Financial Services, including 10 years in Money Market/G-Sec/Forex/Integrated Treasury Operations.
Age Limit: 40–55 years for General Manager – Credit Monitoring; 45–60 years for General Manager – Treasury (as on 01.01.2026, relaxations as per Govt. norms where applicable).
Salary / Pay Scale
General Manager – Credit Monitoring: ₹1,56,500 – 4,340/4 – ₹1,73,860 plus allowances as per Bank rules.
General Manager – Treasury: ₹4,00,000 per month plus housing and vehicle facilities; ₹5,00,000 per month if housing and vehicle are not availed.
