Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: 2 Years full time post graduate degree / diploma in HR/Personnel/ IR /PM & IR with not less than 60% marks from a recognized university/ institution approved by UGC/AICTE.
Age Limit: Maximum age is 35 years as on 01-02-2026. Age relaxations apply as per Government of India’s guidelines.
Salary / Pay Scale
Rs. 40,000/- per month with an annual increment of 5% after each completed year of service.
