Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications: M.Tech in VLSI/Embedded System/Microelectronics/Electronics System/Communication System/Instrumentation/Computer Science Engineering with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks and must have qualified GATE (within last 5 years); or B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc(Engg.) in relevant fields with a minimum CPI of 7.5 or 70% marks and must have qualified GATE (within last 5 years); or M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics/Electronics/Instrumentation with GATE or CSIR-NET qualification (within last 5 years).

Salary / Pay Scale
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- per month for 2 years, followed by Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Rs. 42,000/- until project completion.
