Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication or related field with first class or first division with GATE/NET or any other national level exam, or M.Tech./M.E./MS in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Nanotechnology or related field with first class or first division, or M.Sc in Electronics/Physics with first class or first division with GATE/NET or any other national level exam.
Age Limit: Age relaxation is provided as per the norms of ANRF, Govt of India.
Salary / Pay Scale
1st & 2nd Year: ₹37,000 + 20% HRA per month; 3rd Year: ₹42,000 + 20% HRA per month (upon successful assessment of previous work).
