Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines or M.Sc in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Life Sciences/Mathematics with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD). Valid GATE/NET qualification is required.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation is applicable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Woman and physically handicapped candidates.
Salary / Pay Scale
Rs. 37,000/- + HRA Per Month
