Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in relevant branch with a valid GATE/NET score. Minimum marks required are 80% or 8.5 CGPA for Bachelor’s and 60% or 6.5 CGPA for Master’s degrees. For SC/ST/PwD candidates, the minimum is 55% or 6.0 CGPA.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD).

Monthly Stipend: Rs. 37,000 + Rs. 11,100 HRA (30%) = Rs. 48,100
