Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Executive Director (Operations & Technical): Graduate in Engineering or Certificate of Competency as Master (FG)/Dredge Master Grade-I/MEO Class-I/Dredge Engineer Grade-I.
Executive Director (Finance): Qualified CA or CMA; a management degree is an added advantage.
Age Limit: Minimum 45 years as of 12/12/2025. Internal candidates must have 2 years residual service; others must have 3 years residual service with reference to superannuation at 60 years.
Salary / Pay Scale
IDA pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 â 2,80,000/- with two additional increments; Total CTC approximately Rs. 45â50 Lakh per annum at minimum of scale plus HRA, DA, perks, allowances, leased accommodation, company vehicle, medical and superannuation benefits as per company rules.
