Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Physics or equivalent for RA; Postgraduate degree in Chemistry/Physics or B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication with NET/GATE/JEST for JRF.
Age Limit: RA: Not exceeding 35 years; JRF: Not exceeding 28 years (relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH and 3 years for OBC).
Salary / Pay Scale
Research Associate: Rs. 67,000/- per month; Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000/- per month, both with HRA and medical facilities as per rules.
