Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Postgraduate degree in Labour Studies/Industrial Relations or Factory Welfare Officer qualification or 2+ years of experience in industrial relations in organizations with 500+ employees.
Age Limit: Minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 38 years. Age relaxation applies for SC/ST/EWS (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PWD (10 years).
