Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.), M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA is preferable. Proficiency in reading and writing the local language is required. Retired officers up to Chief Manager or retired clerks with JAIIB and a good track record from any PSU bank are also eligible. Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience is necessary.

Age Limit: For Retired Bank Employees: No age limit specified for continuation. For Other Candidates: 21-45 years at the time of appointment, with a maximum age for continuation of 65 years.

Salary / Pay Scale

Fixed Component: ₹15,000/- per month, Variable Component: ₹15,000/- per month (Maximum).
