Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: 10+2 (with Physics & Mathematics) from a recognized board/university. Current valid CPL issued by DGCA, India with a minimum of 500 flying hours on multi-engine and a minimum of 1000 total flying hours.
Age Limit: Maximum age for engagement of Co-Pilot shall be up to 60 years (age as on 01/02/2026). Re-engagement as Co-Pilot is possible up to a maximum age of 65 years subject to license currency and DGCA requirements.
Salary / Pay Scale
Negotiable monthly package starting from Rs. 2.50 lakhs, including assured flying allowance of 50 hours per month. Overtime flying allowance is payable as per prevailing guidelines.
