Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For JRF: Master’s degree in relevant subjects (Geology, Geophysics, Marine Science, Oceanography, Chemistry, etc.) or Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology with at least 60% marks + CSIR-UGC NET/GATE qualified.
For SRF: Master’s degree in relevant subjects with at least 55% marks + One SCI publication + Two years post-Master’s research experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 28 years for JRF and 32 years for SRF as on 09 July 2026. Age relaxation as per Government of India norms.
Salary / Pay Scale
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- + HRA per month. Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Rs. 42,000/- + HRA per month.
