Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Watchman cum Gardener: Passed 7th Standard; experience preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.
Office Assistant: Graduate viz. BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge; knowledge in Basic Accounting preferred; fluent in spoken and written local language; proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), Tally & Internet; skill in typing in local language essential.
Counselor FLC Bhopal Raisen: Graduate in any discipline from recognized university; computer literate, proficient in basic knowledge of MS Office, internet, typing in local language.
Attender/Sub Staff: Matriculate/10th Standard passed; well conversant with the local language.
Age Limit: Minimum Age: 22 years, Maximum Age: 65 years.
Salary / Pay Scale
Watchman cum Gardener: Rs. 12,000/- and allowances; Office Assistant: Rs. 20,000/- and allowances; Counselor FLC Bhopal Raisen: Rs. 25,000/- p.m. or last pay & allowances drawn less pension (whichever is lower) plus Rs. 1,000/- p.m. for Mobile, Conveyance; Attender/Sub Staff: Rs. 14,000/- per month.
