Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. in relevant fields or M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Life Sciences/Mathematics with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA. For SC/ST/PwD candidates, a minimum of 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA is required. Valid GATE/NET qualification is mandatory.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/Woman and physically handicapped candidates.
Salary / Pay Scale
Rs. 48,100/- per month (including HRA).
