Educational Qualification: For Resource Person: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE/EEE OR M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT OR MCA OR B-Level from DOEACC/NIELIT. For Junior Resource Person: B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) OR BCA OR A-Level from DOEACC/NIELIT.
