Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have served as, or meet the eligibility criteria for serving as, a Professor or Associate Professor as prescribed by the UGC, or be an IP attorney with a minimum of ten years of practice in IPR law, or a retired official of the IP Office under CGPDTM with a doctorate degree and relevant experience.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 70 years.
Salary / Pay Scale
Consolidated salary of Rs. 1.5 Lakh per month.
