Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Lower Division Clerk: Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks. Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
Stenographer: Graduate from a recognized university with a course in shorthand (80 w.p.m.) and typewriting (40 w.p.m.). A minimum of 3 months computer course in Microsoft Office is required unless exempted by a diploma/degree in Computer/IT. Essential: Minimum one year of secretarial experience in a reputed organization. Desirable: Diploma in Secretarial Courses.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 27 years. Age relaxation applies for SC/ST (+5 years), PWD (+10 years, additional +5 for SC/ST PWD), Ex-servicemen (length of military service +3 years, additional for SC/ST), and TMC employees/project/contract staff (up to +5 years).
Salary / Pay Scale
Lower Division Clerk: Rs. 19,900/- Level 2, Cell 1 + Allowances as applicable. Stenographer: Rs. 25,500/- Level 4, Cell 1 + Allowances applicable.
