Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.Tech degree in First Division (60% or equivalent) for JRF; M.Tech degree in First Division for RA.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit for JRF is 28 years; for RA is 35 years as on 24.02.2026. Age relaxation is available for SC, ST & OBC candidates as per Government of India orders.
Salary / Pay Scale
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000 + HRA; Research Associate (RA): Rs. 67,000 + HRA.
