Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Manager (Technical): Full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer Technology with 8 years post-qualification experience or Ph.D. in Engineering or Science with relevant experience.
Senior Technical Officer: Full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer Technology with 5 years post-qualification experience or Ph.D. in Engineering or Science.
Manager (P&A): Graduation in any discipline with MBA / PG Diploma in Public Administration / HR / Personnel / Purchase / Finance with minimum 55% marks and 10 years post-qualification experience in HR/Administration.
Age Limit: Manager (Technical) & Manager (P&A): Up to 45 Years; Senior Technical Officer: Up to 40 Years. Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules.
Salary / Pay Scale
Manager (Technical) & Manager (P&A): âš78,800/-; Senior Technical Officer: âš67,700/- as per 7th CPC.
