Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have either a BE/B.Tech degree in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA and a valid GATE score from 2023, 2024, or 2025, or an ME/M.Tech degree with First Division at both graduate and post-graduate levels.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 28 years for the General category, with relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Salary / Pay Scale
Monthly stipend of Rs. 37,000/- plus House Rent Allowance (HRA).
