Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess M.E./M.Tech or B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EIE/EEE/ETC/EE or allied branches with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or a valid GATE score. Candidates who have submitted/defended a PhD thesis in Microelectronics or allied subjects can also apply.
Age Limit: Maximum age is 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
Salary / Pay Scale
INR 37,000 + 20% HRA per month
