Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: M.E./M.Tech./MS or B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent. Valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for candidates applying with B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. qualification.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 30 years for JRF and 32 years for SRF. Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PH/women candidates as per Government norms.
Salary / Pay Scale
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- per month plus HRA; Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Rs. 42,000/- per month plus HRA.
