Educational Qualification: Counselor: Any Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development or Diploma in Nursing with relevant HIV/AIDS experience; Lab Technician: Plus-Two with DMLT / prescribed ICTC lab experience.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years for Counselor (ICTC); up to 35 years for Lab Technician (ICTC)
