Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA with specialization in Finance for Manager (F&A) and Associate Company Secretary-ship / Fellow Company Secretary-ship for Company Secretary.
Age Limit: Manager (F&A): Not exceeding 42 years; Company Secretary: Not exceeding 40 years.
Salary / Pay Scale
Manager (F&A): Pay Scale 60000-180000; Gross Pay (at minimum of basic pay): Rs.1,30,080/- p.m. (approx). Company Secretary: Pay Scale 50000-160000; Gross Pay (at minimum of basic pay): Rs.108,400/- p.m. (approx).
