Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Full Time B.E./B.Tech/AMIE/Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks. MBA/PGDBM/MA/MSW in HR/Personnel/IR with 60% marks and 3 years experience for Assistant Officer HRM.
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 01.01.2026 (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Government of India directives).
Salary / Pay Scale
Basic Pay Rs. 30,000 per month plus Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) with 3% annual increment on Basic Pay; additional increments for higher experience as per rules.
